DESIGN PROCESS
Our projects progress through five major phases:
onboarding, concept, design development, construction / build and completion
1 / ONBOARDING
General analysis of the project, needs, conditions and site visit. This to build an aligned vision and expectations for the project group together with the client - to identify the overall direction of the project.
2 / CONCEPT
We develop floorplans and initial concepts, propose finishes, materials and the overall architectural look and feel. We provide initial interior selections and estimated budget to bring your vision to life.
3 / DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We specify all interior and exterior selections in detail, create shop-drawings, layouts, 3d renderings and finalize the interior budget and coordinate deliveries with the project group. Ensuring that the project is tailored to your budget and needs.
4 / CONSTRUCTION / BUILD
Together with the project group, we oversee site visits, collaborate and communicate with involved partners to assure that the project documentation and drawings will be transformed into reality.
5 / COMPLETION
Together with the project manager, we oversee all on-site installations to ensure the project is brought to full completion. This includes specifying materials and finishes, from exterior to interior, bespoke furnitures, artworks, decorative objects and textiles - all carefully curated to realize your vision.
